General information about the Company
“Uzenergotaminlash” JSC was created on the base of the Order # 17 on January 22, 1994 of the Ministry of energy and electrification of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The aim of the company is wholesale trade, supply of production and technical material and equipment for the needs of companies of energy system and other consumers of the Republic, organisation of supply: spare parts, non-standard and ancillary equipment, machines and mechanisms for means of production-technical exploitations, repairing needs and capital construction of companies and facilities of “Uzbekenergo” JSC. Joint Stock Company offers leasing services which include: rent of vehicles, storehouses, open lands (yards), movable and immovable property.
Under the scope of the performance of its obligations and its aims the company has rights:
-to plan its own activities individually, basing on needs of energy system’s companies in goods and services, define the future perspectives of the company, ensure production and social progress, define the methods of increasing the benefits of shareholders and members of labour community.
-to conclude agreements and contracts with producers, suppliers and contractors, along with foreign investors, under the norms established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Company as a legal entity, is an independent unit in the system of “Uzbekenergo” JSC, acts in conditions of full cost accounting, self-financing and self-repayment, possesses its own balance, settlement accounts, loan accounts in banks.
Shareholders of the company have common aims – dynamic development of the company, promotion of its investment attractiveness, economic development, aim to gain additional benefits, which ensures welfare of shareholders and allows the company to maintain stability, and high quality services for consumers.
